KOMUNIKASI ASERTIF PERAWAT DENGAN TINGKAT KEPUASAN PASIEN

Objective: Nurses are the most personnel interats with patient so that things to tend to

observe nurses but most nurses have not been able communicate assertively. The purpose of this research. Was to determine the correlation of assertive communication nurses with patient satisfaction.

Methods This research uses an analytical design corelasional with cross sectional approach. Accidental sampling using a sampling technique consisiting of 36 respondents taken in accordance with the inclusion criteria and exlusive. The independent variable of this research is assertive communication nurses and the dependent variable is the level of patient satisfaction. Data were collected using questionnaire. Data were analyzed using spearman rank rho statistical tesρ = 0.018 ≤ = 0, 05 level means that there is a correlation assertive communication with patient satisfaction with the level of patient statisfaction for SPSS 16.0

Results: That is expected for each nurse to communicate assertively as this can increase the level of patient satisfaction.
