PENGARUH GETAH TUNAS PISANG AMBON TERHADAP PROSES PENYEMBUHAN LUKA BAKAR GRADE II PADA MENCIT

High mortality in burns is caused by infection. Prevent of infections using silver sulfadiazine  conventional  in  prehospital  care  is  standart  operating  prosedure.  The purpose  of  this  study  was  to  determine  the  effect  of  banana  sap  on  deep  partial thickness burn wounds in mice as altenative medicine. Design of this study was true experiment  with  post-test  only.  In  preclinical  testing,  the  samples  were  18  mice, consisted of 9 mice for intervention and 9 mice for control group. The intervention group  got  banana  sap  and  the  control  group  got  silver  sulfadiazine  conventional methods. Process assessed on days 6 and 21 with a chi square analysis.The results showed as many as 9 samples (100%) in intervention group inflammatory phase passed on the sixth day. A total of 8 samples (88.9%) control group passed the inflammatory phase of the sixth days, 1 sample (11.1%) passed on seventh day. P value for the difference was 0.303. A total of 6 samples (66.6%) granulation appeared on the seventh day and 3 samples (33.3%) on the sixth day. In the control group, 8 samples (88.9%) appeared granulation seventh day and 1 samples (11.1%) appeared sixth day. P valus for these differences was 0.257. The effect banana sap accelerated the inflammatory and proliferative phases. Saponin, Tanin and Falvonoid, making the wound protected from  bacteria,  so  that  the  treatment  can  be  considered  in  Prehospital  care  and intrahospital care
